of 100% aluminum, and is a 100% aluminum welded system. With an
ornamental
gate built of aluminum compared to iron "steel ", gives you an
ornamental aluminum gate that is

Our gates were
specifically designed for the demanding environment of the coastal areas of
Florida. With 30 years of dealing with ornamental iron gates that would start rusting
within weeks of installation, we decided to only manufacture aluminum gate
systems. This allows us to give you a powder coated finish with a lifetime
warranty. You won't get this with any steel gate manufacturer. With lighter
ornamental
aluminum gates compared to iron "steel" gates, your gate operators will work half as much, and
last twice as long.
This gate system was
then further refined to eliminate all fasteners. Many gates are designed with
aluminum ornamental
points, scrolls, and all sorts of other components. Many gate companies use
screws, rivets, and other fasteners to secure these components. This is a
cheaper way to build a gate, but with the vibrations of operators, and the high
winds of our tropical coast lines, fasteners will loosen and have frequently
fallen out. 100% welding will give you what we know to be the best aluminum
ornamental gate on the
market.
As touched on before,
we powder coat our gates. Of course, there is 101 ways to paint a gate, but
there is no paint that will out last a powder coated finish. This process is
often confused with electro static paint. Paint is a wet/ cured process. Powder
coat is a dry/ baked on process. The powder coated aluminum will last a lifetime
if properly applied, and we back it up with a lifetime
warranty. No more
repainting.
